APO – APN OUTDOOR – up 2 cents, or 0.3 per cent, at $6.42

APN Outdoor will be acquired by JCDecaux after the France-based outdoor advertising giant raised its bid to $1.12 billion.

AYS – AMAYSIM – down 1 cent, or 1.2 per cent, at 83 cents

Amaysim chief executive Julian Ogrin is quitting the mobile provider to join Foxtel, and will be replaced by company co-founder and former chairman Peter O’Connell.

BHP – BHP BILLITON – down 34 cents, or 1 per cent, at $32.64

BHP and its joint-venture partner Vale have reached a framework agreement with Brazilian prosecutors to negotiate settlement of a $A55.35 billion claim relating to the fatal 2015 Samarco mine disaster.

CKF – COLLINS FOODS – up 15 cents, or 2.8 per cent, at $5.60

Collins Foods, Australia’s biggest KFC franchisee, has reported a 16 jump in full-year profit, buoyed by the addition of new KFC stores to its network.
