BLD – BORAL – down 15 cents, or 2 per cent, at $7.28
The building materials supplier lifted its first-half profit but the growth was capped by significant items including $41 million in integration costs for its US acquisition.
CGF – CHALLENGER – down 2 cents, or 0.2 per cent, at $12.82
The retirement funds manager’s first-half profit dropped three per cent, due to a drop in the value of its investments.
COH – COCHLEAR – down 5 cents, or 0.03 per cent, at $171.74
The hearing implant developer will pay shareholders a higher dividend and has maintained its full-year guidance despite a dip in first-half profit due to the timing of a large Chinese tender and US tax changes.
GPT – GPT GROUP – down 2 cents, or 0.4 per cent, at $4.83
The property investment and management group’s full-year net profit rose 10 per cent to $1.3 billion.
TCL – TRANSURBAN – down 2 cents, or 0.2 per cent, at $11.33
Transurban more than tripled its first-half net profit to $331 million, following strong growth in toll revenue, particularly in the US and Melbourne.
