The Aussie share market has opened higher in early trading, with most sectors enjoying gains.

The benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was up 59.2 points, or 0.88 per cent, to 6794.9 points at 1015 AEDT on Tuesday, while the broader All Ordinaries was up 57.1 points, or 0.83 per cent, to 6914.5 points.

The technology sector gained 1.7 per cent to lead the market, with Wisetech Global one of the major beneficiaries – gaining 53 cents, or 2.23 per cent, to $24.26.

The Australian dollar is buying 69.37 US cents, down from 69.38 US cents at Monday’s close.
