A survey by the Property Council of Australia comparing CBD office occupancy in September and October has found all city markets except Melbourne are seeing increases.

ADELAIDE:

* October – 61 per cent

CANBERRA:

* September – 46 per cent

* October – 63 per cent

DARWIN:

* September – 70 per cent

* October – 73 per cent

HOBART:

* September – 78 per cent

* October – 79 per cent

MELBOURNE:

* September – 7 per cent

* October – 8 per cent

PERTH:

* September – 63 per cent

* October – 77 per cent

SYDNEY:

* September – 35 per cent

* October – 40 per cent

Survey results are based on responses from 102 Property Council members who collectively own or manage the majority of CBD office buildings in Australia.
