IAG – Insurance Australia Group – down 48 cents, or 5.8 per cent, to $7.76
The insurance giant posted disappointing full-year results as a jump in insurance profit was offset by a fall in investment income and a higher tax bill.
WES – Wesfarmers – up $1.61, or 3.2 per cent, to $52.20
The conglomerate suffered a 58 per cent drop in full-year profit but posted strong earnings growth from retail operations in Australia and New Zealand.
CSL – CSL Ltd – up $12.89, or 6.4 per cent, to $214.58
The vaccines and blood products supplier lifted full-year profit by 29 per cent, boosted by new launches and strong demand for products including its flu vaccines
TLS – Telstra – steady at $2.89
TWE – Treasury Wine Estate – up 17 cents, or 0.9 per cent, to $18.58
Telstra and Treasury Wine Estate will post full-year results on Thursday.
