Stocks of interest on the Australian share market at noon on Friday
APT – Afterpay Touch Group – up 85 cents, or 6.3 per cent, to $14.38
After gaining 24 per cent after giving a positive market update on Thursday, buy now-pay later service provider Afterpay has continued to surge following a broker upgrade.
MYR – Myer – up two cents, or 4.8 per cent, to 43.5 cents
Department store chain Myer jumped on Friday, a day after the South African owners of rival David Jones warned that their annual profit would fall by up to 20 per cent, hurt by “extremely” challenging trading conditions in Australia.
KTD – Keytone Dairy – up 6.5 cents, or 20.6 per cent, to 38 cents
After listing on the ASX on Wednesday and adding 16 cents to its 20 cent issue price, New Zealand dairy producer Keytone slipped back to 31.5 cents on Thursday but surged again on Friday.
