GSW – GETSWIFT – Suspended (last traded $2.92)
Shares in GetSwift remain suspended after the logistics software company denied any wrongdoing following allegations in a media report that it failed to tell investors about the loss of significant contracts.
RIO – RIO TINTO – up 61 cents, or 0.8 per cent, at $78.81
BHP – BHP BILLITON- up 17 cents, or 0.55 per cent, at $30.85
FMG – FORTESCUE METALS GROUP- up 8 cents, or 1.6 per cent, at $5.10
Prices of commodities including iron ore, copper and nickel rose overnight.
NST – NORTHERN STAR- up 12 cents, or 2 per cent, at $6.26
NCM – NEWCREST MINING – up 51 cents, or 2.2 per cent, at $23.36
Gold stocks lifted as gold prices rose on Thursday, while Northern Star announced sales fell to 128,819 ounces in the December quarter but the company expects to achieve its full-year production guidance.
