Stocks to watch on the Australian stock exchange:

DLX – DULUXGROUP – down 6.0 cents, or 0.78 per cent, at $7.60

DuluxGroup’s majority-owned company, DGL Camel International, has inked a deal to sell most of its Hong Kong and China coatings portfolio to Yip’s Chemical Holdings.

HVN – HARVEY NORMAN – flat at $4.21

JBH – JB HI-FI – up 57 cents, or 2.30 per cent, at $25.38

MYR – MYER – up 1.5 cents, or 2.33 per cent, at 66 cents

The post-Christmas sales could determine how well some retailers fare when it comes to reporting their half-year results.

YOW – YOWIE GROUP – down 7.0 cents, or 33.33 per cent, at 14 cents

Yowie shares slumped to a near-five-year low after the confectionary maker slashed its full-year sales guidance and replaced its chief executive.

RIO – RIO TINTO – up $1.69, or 2.21 per cent, at $78.19

BHP – BHP BILLITON – up 50 cents, or 1.68 per cent, at $30.18

FMG – FORTESCUE METALS GROUP – up 15 cents, or 3.04 per cent, at $5.08
